Awards


We would like to encourage young researchers to further improve the research and presentation skills and celebrate the most inspiring and professional speakers who have made excellent presentations at the conference. Therefore 2 awards for oral and poster presentations have been established and are announced below.

Furthermore, we will aknowlegde the author of the best full paper submitted to ISH2025. 



 

BEST ORAL PRESENTATION AWARD

To be eligible to the “Best Young Researchers Oral Presentation Award” the young researcher must:
 
  • be no more than 35 years old on 20.05.2025 (some exceptions may be allowed e.g. maternity leave);
  • be the first author of the accepted full paper;
  • present the paper at the meeting (oral presentation);
  • be the main researcher involved in the work that is presented.

Please note, that you need to confirm your legibility to take part in this competition by checking the proper box in the abstract submission form.

A special committee will judge the way of presenting but also the quality of the presentations (content, graphics and research).







BEST POSTER PRESENTATION AWARD

To be eligible to the “Best Young Researchers Poster Presentation Award” the young researcher must:
 
  • be no more than 35 years old on 20.05.2025 (some exceptions may be allowed e.g. maternity leave);

  • present the paper at the meeting (poster presentation);
  • be the main researcher involved in the work that is presented.

FULL PAPER COMPETITION AWARD

We are pleased to announce a BEST FULL PAPER COMPETITION, in which the most outstanding Full Paper will be recognized for its quality, originality, ingenuity and scientific value. An award will constitute a free registration to ISH2025!

To take part in the competition you need to:
  • register to ISH2025;
  • have a short abstract accepted;
  • submit a Full Paper manuscript in the second step of the paper submission.

The awardee will be chosen by the members of the Scientific Committee and will be notified shortly after 27.02.2025.
